Follow these steps to sign in to your Waka TV account:

Step 1: Open Waka TV
Launch the Waka TV app on your Android phone or Android TV device.

Step 2: Select Sign In
Open the account section and choose Sign In.

Step 3: Enter Your Account Details
Enter the account information linked to your Waka TV account.

If you forgot your Waka TV password, you can reset it directly from the login screen.

Step 1: Tap “Forgot Password”
Select Forgot Password on the Waka TV login page.

Step 2: Get Your Verification Code
Request a verification code and check the phone number or email linked to your Waka TV account.

Step 3: Enter the Code and Reset Your Password
Enter the verification code, then create a new password for your account.

Incorrect login details
Check that your email, phone number, or password is entered correctly.

Password not working?
Reset your password using the recovery option on the login screen.
Waka TV won’t connect
Check your internet connection and restart the app.
Using an older app version?
Update or reinstall the latest Waka TV app.

Your Waka TV subscription may have expired. Check your subscription status and recharge your account if needed.
